Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1
Upon your arrival to the capital of Ecuador, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your charming hotel in Quito, where you will receive your full itinerary and information about Ecuador and your trip.
Day 2 - Toachi River Rafting (Class III+)
We will depart Quito early and head toward the costal lowlands near Santo Domingo. The road winds through dense Andean cloud forests and descends approximately 2,500 m. After a safety briefing at our put-in, we will navigate 40kms of the best whitewater west of the Andes. Depending on water levels, our rafting adventure will take us between four and five hours. Later in the afternoon we will arrive at our hotel. Dinner will be served in a lush tropical setting. (L, D)
Day 3 - Blanco River Rafting (Class III+)
The following morning we will begin our westward descent on the upper Blanco River. The Blanco later joins the thunderous Toachi, providing thrilling rapids, intense paddling, beautiful jungle scenery and a variety of bird life. At the end of our run we will enjoy a nutritious riverside lunch. Return to Quito in the late afternoon. Accommodation. (B, L)
Day 4
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home (B).
